We offer same-day delivery for machines where available. The instant booking form shows live availability, for machines without instant booking our hire desk can assist with current availability.

No, but we strongly suggest creating an account at checkout. This will allow you to cancel a hire directly, without an account the only way to do this would be to call us.

Yes, subject to availability. Contact us as early as possible if you need to extend a hire period or alter delivery details.

Once you've booked your delivery slot, if we miss it your hire is free and will be refunded in full. This is subject to our terms.
What happens if a machine breaks down?

What happens if a machine breaks down?
We offer support 7 days a week for your hire. If we're not able to fix the issue we'll get a replacement machine out to you and will refund the time lost.
